CHEREE LIFE15 GIE/GR/943 project of the Technical University of Crete updated and implemented an innovative e-tool for ADR roadside checks on dangerous goods transport (https://www.reach-cheree.gr/e-tools-guidance/adr-tool/). The e-tool was developed to support the work of the Enforcers (Joint Control Units, Police Authorities, Port and Customs Authorities) conducting roadside checks on the implementation of the European Agreement ADR in the framework of PROTEAS LIFE09 ENV/GR/291 project (www.proteas-reach.gr), Project Manager Dr. G. Papadakis.

A workshop was held in June 2018 focused on the Enforcers conducting roadside checks on the implementation of the European Agreement ADR. The workshop was conducted in cooperation between the Laboratory of Industrial Safety and Cognitive Ergonomics, Technical University of Crete (Mrs L. Machaira) and the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks.

On the 4th of July 2018, Enforcers conducting roadside checks on the implementation of the European Agreement ADR conducted pilot testing of the ADR e-tool pilot implementation, coordinated  by Transport Sector, Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks supported by the Technical University of Crete.
